I’m Melody, the founder of Let’z Get Waisted, a wife, and a mother of eight. For about 11 years, working out and wearing waist trainers have been part of my life. But this brand comes from something deeper.
I’ve seen how easily women, especially moms, put themselves last. It’s not that we don’t care about ourselves. Between work, raising children, and showing up for everyone else, life gets busy and our own needs get pushed aside.
I created Let’z Get Waisted to remind women that taking care of your family doesn’t mean forgetting about yourself. You deserve time for your health, your confidence, and your peace of mind, too.
For me, fitness is about more than appearance. It’s time to reset, build strength, and feel good from the inside out. This isn’t about chasing a perfect body. It’s about making room for yourself, one step at a time.
